The Dining Room
Using flowing silk in a warm golden hue and adding rich black valances with rusty reds, green, bronze and gold add to the elegance of this formal dining room. The opposite wall has 2 matching chests of gold and black flanking each side with rich black mirrors above each one that reflects the window treatments.

The Learning Center, IDS Showhouse
The Learning Center utilizes hallway space in a clever color scheme of chocolate brown and lime green for “him” and chocolate brown and hot pink for “her”. The center has an abundance of storage space and decorative mail pockets for each child. The center bookcase is actually a hinged door that leads to the attic space. |

The Girl's Room, IDS Showhouse
The inspiration for this girl’s room was to bring the “outdoors” in since this room had a beautiful view of the lake. The subtle garden mural is accented with silver butterflies painted around the room and 2 large garden gates used as the headboard! To keep the room soft and feminine, a violet monochromatic color scheme with touches of pistachio was utilized. What a restful and tranquil space for the princess to get her beauty rest! |
